Shillong MBoSE office tagged as ‘post office’
VSAT remains non-functional
SHILLONG [TST] : The MBoSE Shillong Regional Office continues to be remote-controlled from Tura in a way that makes one believe that it functions like a post office only. It takes a minimum of three weeks to get a duplicate mark-sheet or other important documents issued by the headquarters of the education board thanks to the VSAT satellite network installed at the Shillong Regional office that is yet to come on stream.
